Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer flat rate shipping within the United States. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (excluding international orders).
Local Pick Up
Local pickup is available for orders over $100. Orders under $100 will include a $10 packaging service fee, primarily for preparing bulk herbs and tincture orders.
Select the “Local Pick Up” option at checkout. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours follow our regular business operating hours listed on our website.
Customers must present a valid ID matching the order name or provide a copy of the order confirmation email for pickup verification.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at team@magicwell.co with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction through our remake, replacement, or refund policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. Each case will be reviewed individually to provide an appropriate solution.
If your package has been opened and you are still unsatisfied, you may return it for a refund based on review of the condition.
